Account and purchases
Account information includes your email, user ID, gamertag, optional avatar and registration date. Subscription and license records include access status, activation history, expiry dates and payment-provider identifiers.
Stripe processes website subscription payments. InputLag uses payment and subscription records to grant access and handle billing; card entry takes place through Stripe checkout.
Usage, referrals and support
The website and desktop app send product events, such as page views, downloads, app sessions, analysis and optimization actions. Events may include an account identifier and technical metadata. Referral records link referral codes, visitor identifiers, signups and purchases to attribution and commission calculations.
Support requests may include your contact details, messages, app version, system snapshot and recent logs. License activation security records can include IP address, user agent and the outcome of an attempt. Only include information you want support to review.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses session storage mechanisms including cookies. Language preferences are saved in cookies and local storage. Referral attribution uses cookies and local storage with a 30-day attribution window; campaign tags can also use session storage. The referral visitor identifier remains in local storage until removed.
The website also integrates Vercel Analytics and loads fonts from Google Fonts. You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser; this can sign you out and reset preferences. Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side account or event records.
Purposes and service providers
Information is used to provide accounts and paid access, answer support requests, protect license activation, understand product use and attribute referrals. Supabase provides authentication, database and storage services; Stripe handles payments; Vercel provides website hosting and web analytics. External community links lead to services with their own privacy policies.
The operator is Inputlag OÜ, registry code 17592766, Estonia; contact info@inputlag.app. The final notice must specify the applicable legal bases for each purpose, provider locations and any international-transfer safeguards. These operational details are awaiting confirmation.
Retention and your choices
Account, payment, support and security records have different purposes and retention needs. A confirmed retention schedule, including backups and event records, will be added before this policy is finalized. Do not assume that uninstalling the app deletes your account.
Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a data-protection authority. Identity verification and legal record-keeping requirements may affect a request.
