The service
InputLag provides a website and a Windows app for system diagnostics, game profiles and system optimization. Available tools depend on your plan, app version and device. These terms cover use of InputLag; third-party platforms and stores have their own terms.

Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and license keys private. Use the service only on computers you own or are authorized to manage. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, guess or misuse license keys, disrupt the service or access another person’s data. These conditions do not restrict activities or rights protected by applicable law.
Subscriptions and license keys
Review the price, currency, billing period and any taxes shown at checkout before purchasing. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until cancelled. You can manage a Stripe subscription through the account dashboard. Uninstalling InputLag does not cancel a subscription.
License-key access follows the duration and conditions of the purchased license. A license key and a recurring subscription are different access methods. For purchases through another seller, keep your receipt and check that seller’s purchase terms.
Cancellation and refunds
For cancellation, a billing error or a refund request, contact support with your account email and order reference. Do not send full card details or passwords. Cancelling future renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for non-conforming digital services, remain unaffected. Simply using or downloading InputLag does not, by itself, establish that you waived a statutory withdrawal right. No blanket no-refund policy is imposed by these terms.
System changes and performance
Review an optimization before applying it. Some actions require administrator privileges and change Windows, network or device settings. Keep backups of important data and use the restore controls supported by each action.
Performance depends on hardware, drivers, games and system configuration. InputLag does not promise a specific FPS increase, latency result or compatibility with every game or anti-cheat update. Stop using an action and contact support if it causes problems.
Changes and legal rights
Features and compatibility may change as the product and Windows evolve. Any changes to paid access must respect the purchase terms and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms do not select an exclusive court or remove mandatory protections available in your country. Contact support with questions about access, orders or these terms.
